Stalker: Clear Sky, Crysis Warhead, The Witcher -Enhanced Edition-

It's been awhile since i've purchased a "large" game. I mean, when i look back at what i've been playing for the past month now all of the new stuff has been small downloadable games from X-box Arcade and Steam. I've got Stalker: Clear Sky and Crysis Warhead waiting to install on my computer, and i'm pumped to play them.  

Maybe it's all the games i've been playing lately that have shifted my perceptio on the PC but i get the feeling that we are entering that point where playing games on the PC becomes "better" than the consoles. It's this cycle that seems to repeat itself everytime a new set of consoles are released, the industry suddenly shifts to the consoles and the PC is sort of pushed off to the side. Has the consoles age suddenly the advantages of the PC surpase that of the console. 

Honestly though, i used to worry that PC gaming was dying, i looked at EBgames and saw the small shelfspace that was being dedicated to PC games and was sure that the end was nigh. Only now has it dawned on me that the PC has simply moved on to greener pastures (digital distrabution). The PC will always be a window to the future, i understand this now.
